Hi, The North Staffordshire Wellbeing Service can only accept referrals aged 16 upwards, but the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service accepts referrals by calling their number 0300 123 0907 (Option 4).

Hello, Does that mean that a young person between the ages of 16 - 18 could get a referral from either the wellbeing service or CAMHS?

Yes they could be referred to either the Wellbeing Service or the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) at this age. We would review and possibly liaise with CAMHS to identify which service would be best suited to meet their needs.
