Hi, I have been struggling to feel happy for quite a while (a few years now) and I have told people about it but I still feel the same. I suppose I'm just feeling a bit lonely? I have lost a lot recently and I have been keeping my emotions about it all hidden, but its becoming hard to keep doing that, Is there anything I can do to not feel like this?
