Hi, so I think I have serious trust issues. I was cheated on several times by a previous partner and I feel as though I can no longer trust partners because of this. my most recent partner and I have just broken up after a 5 year relationship and the main reason was because I don't trust him around women. Sometimes, he didn't help this but I know its my problem and I need it sorting. what do I do?
